All:  just a reminder that the speed limit for ATVs and UTVs on Mary Lake Lane is posted at 10 MPH from the residential area starting near the mailboxes up to the cul-du-sac at the end of the road.  

This is a necessary exception to the usual speed limit because of the residential nature of the road and the type of traffic we have for folks going to/from the beach area.  The beach area itself is not posted but the District members have agreed in past meetings that SLOW is the guideline, again, out of courtesy.

Please, on behalf of your neighbors and for safety reasons, be mindful of the limit.  And please remind your children, your grandchildren, your guests ... and maybe even your parents.
